Lock, Stock and two smoking paddles

That’s the name of the kayaking your I went on today. It was a whole day of kayaking in the waters in front of the Abel Tasman national park.

The sea lions where not up to much apart from getting some sun. So we went on.
At noon we had a stop to do some sightseeing and while the rest of the group started their walk back to the base I stayed on with the next group that took the kayaks back.

The coffee break was held on a protected island and we where able to listen to the birdsong and take a dip in the sea.

After that we exchanged the paddles for am improvised sail and made our way back.
