The official Brasília

Today’s trip was to see the Niemeyer buildings at the area the ministries are located at. Among other things there is a museum telling the story about how Brasília was conceived as well as showcasing a miniature version of the city where you can actually see the airplane shape it is designed to have.
Another place is a shrine to the first freely and directly elected president of Brasil. The Panteão da Pátria Tancredo Neves.

The picture you see above was created in the memory for the fallen heroes of Brazil showing the story of one in particular as an example.

Afterwards we did a small detour to the official home of the president.
