Salvador to Brasília
Moving time again. And again I’m getting a lift to the airport by my german friends. The car they rented is absolutely packed.
As the drop off point was not at the airport, but the car was rented from and to there we had to get another person in board. Which was just not possible. We had to switch to a car with more room for luggage.
Because I couldn’t help myself and had to post a position update on Facebook we found out that another friend from back home was at the airport.
So those who flew back to germany could meet up before boarding different planes.
After a few hours in the air with a snack and a cup of water I arrived in Brasília. This was the first major airport where arrivals and departures go through same areas. And where I could see the luggage being put onto the conveyor belt by the staff.
My friend Edna and her brother Dermeval were already waiting to pick me up. After some good churasco we went to Ednas mothers place. I was even shown to a room with an attached bathroom for myself. All I was expecting was a couch.
So yeah. First class accommodation.
