Torre TV digital

This building a little bit outside the capital. Even by Brasília standards.
It was finished just a few years ago but it did exist in the original blueprints of the city none the less.
When we looked it up on the Internet there was a restaurant mentioned and you were supposed to be able to go up at weekends and holidays.

Well…

When we arrived the car park was unfinished and closed. The guard informed us that it had been that way for a few years now and they don’t have a date when it will be finished and open to the public.
We were not allowed to go near the building because something could drop on us but we were free to roam the car park which we did.
